Our work doesn't stop at the loading dock. After the many hours we have spent building your waterfall, we want it to arrive in perfect condition. We carefully crate each waterfall in our facility and supervise the loading.
Since 1999 we have trusted United van lines to deliver our water features throughout the United States and Canada. Their drivers are experienced in moving high value merchandise and the care needed to deliver our indoor waterfalls. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged in transit, we will take full responsibility for repairing or replacing all items including filing any claims. Providing this level of service cost a bit more than using a low-cost common carrier, however we believe it is necessary- Origin Falls' water features require a level of care that the common carriers are simply not accustomed to.
